The 10th Annual Adirondack Wine & Food Festival Returns to Lake George

One of the Northeast's most beloved summer celebrations is about to fill the lakeshore with the clink of glasses and the aroma of great food. The 10th Annual Adirondack Wine & Food Festival returns to Charles R. Wood Park in Lake George, NY on the weekend of June 27 and 28, 2026, bringing together more than 120 New York wineries, breweries, distilleries, cideries, food trucks, and artisan makers against the backdrop of the lake. It is a milestone year for an event that has grown from a local favorite into a regional destination.


A Decade of Sips and Celebration

It is hard to believe the festival is turning ten. What began as a way to showcase the Adirondack region's homegrown beverage makers has become one of the most celebrated wine and food events in the Northeast, drawing visitors from some 30 states and Canada.

Lake George.com voters recently named it the area's #1 annual event, a nod to just how much the festival has become woven into the fabric of summer here. A decade in, the formula still works: great local drinks, great local food, and one of the prettiest settings imaginable.


What's Pouring at Charles R. Wood Park

The festival takes over the Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park, right along the southern end of Lake George. With admission, every guest receives a commemorative wine glass to carry through the grounds for sampling craft beverages from across New York State.

Beyond the tastings, the 10th anniversary lineup is amped up with two full days of live music, unique experience vendors, crafters, and food trucks. It is designed to be a family-friendly day out, so even guests who aren't there for the wine will find plenty to enjoy.


A Festival With a Big Heart

Part of what makes this event special is how much it gives back. This year's festival beneficiaries are Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks, returning for an eighth year, and Soroptimist International of the Adirondacks, back for a second year.

Both organizations support young people and women across the region, which means every glass raised helps fund mentorship and community programs close to home.


A Hometown Success Story

The festival is produced by Adirondack Winery, the Lake George-based business behind so much of the area's wine scene. Founder Sasha Pardy was recently named one of the New York State Restaurant Association's 10 Women to Watch in Hospitality for 2026, a well-earned recognition of her role in putting the region's food and beverage culture on the map.

That local pride shows up everywhere at the festival, from the New York producers who fill the tents to the volunteers who make the weekend run smoothly.

The festival runs Saturday, June 27 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 28 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are available in advance, and organizers recommend grabbing them early since the event is a popular one.

Charles R. Wood Park sits at 17 Elizabeth Little Boulevard in the heart of Lake George Village, an easy walk from the shops, restaurants, and waterfront that make the village such a fun place to spend a summer weekend.
